Hentai Kamen, also known as Pervert Mask, is the titular character of the Japanese comedy film and manga series of the same name. His civilian identity is Kyosuke Shikijo, an ordinary high school student with a strong sense of justice.

Kyosuke gains superhuman abilities when he accidentally puts on a pair of women's panties during a bank robbery. This triggers a transformation, turning him into Hentai Kamen, a masked superhero clad in a single pair of underwear. The underwear itself acts as the source of his heightened strength, speed, and agility.

Fueled by his lust and sense of justice, Hentai Kamen uses his bizarre powers to fight crime and protect his classmates, particularly his love interest, Aiko Himeno. His methods are often eccentric and perverted, relying on his knowledge of human anatomy and sexual desires to defeat his opponents.

Despite the comedic and outlandish nature of his character, Hentai Kamen is ultimately portrayed as a heroic figure who is dedicated to upholding justice, albeit in a highly unconventional manner.
